This is the last Will and Tesatment of me Thomas Randal Stap of the Coast Guard Office in the Customs House in the City of London, Gentleman. I desire to be buried in the parish wherein I may happen to die. I desire all my just debts and funeral and testaments expences to be fully paid. I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary Ann Stap all the capital money .... of my ... ... in the Customs... to be paid and app... in the manner and ... containing? an Insturment? to ... with the ... the said Customs House. I also give unto my my said dear wife all my furniture piece .... things? and ... wheresover the same may be at the time of my decease And as to all the ...residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and what nature fund and .... soever the same may be after payment of my debts funeral expenses and the espenses of proving this my will I do hereby give and bequeath the same unto my dear wife the said Mary Ann Stap her executors administrators and assigns to and for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and I do hereby make, ordain, constitute and appoint my said wife Mary Ann Stap and my son Randal Stap of 3 Govenor? Cottages Milliroot? St. Brixton, Executrix and Exectutor of this my last will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and desire this to be my last will and Testament. Appeared Personally Randal Stap of 3 Grosenors? Cottage Braxton in the County of Surrey, Testament? and make oath that he is the son and one of the executors named in the last will and testament as contained in paper writings markes and notes of the said Thomas Randal Stap late of the Coast Guard Office in the Customs House in the City of London and of Rutiers? Estate? Cosory? Roas? Rockon? Road? in the County of Surrey deceased. The said paperwritings being now respectively hereunto annexed the said paper markes bearing date the ..teenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and fifty one and the said paper writing markes bearing date ...tenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty one Ano. The deponent? having now carefully reviewed and p... the said two paper writins and part... observed the ... following to wit I give and bequeath unto my dear wife mary Ann Stap all the capital money for the remaining ... in my insurance or insurances in the Customs Home to be paid and app... in the manner directed containing in an ... issues witht the ... of the said Customs fund in the fifth sixth seventh eighth and ninth lines of the said paper writing markes, he further made oath that since the said deceased death, he has applied to the Directors of the said Customs Home in ... to the Instrument referred to in the said paper writing as a ... and the deponent hath received from them the aforesaid paper writing marked as now hereunto annexed the same being the paper deposited with the siad directors by the deceased and the deponent lastly made Oath that the said paper writing marked is in the handwriting of and subscription by the said deceased and was as the deponent is informed and ... believed, placed by him in the custody of the said directors of the Customs House fund on or about the twenty first day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty one in whose possession it remained until delivered to him the deponent as aforesaid and is the very paper writing mentioned or referrred to as aforesaid as the testament ...dged to him the deceased with the directors fo the said Customs fund.~~~Randal Stap~~~~On the tenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fity one the said Ranal Stap was duly sworn to the truth of the aforegoing affidavit before me ~~~~~
