In the Name of God Amen. I Randle Stap of Webminster, Mariner being of sound and disposing mind and memory to bereby make this my last will and Testament first and principally recommend my soul unto the hands of Almighty God hoping for remission of all my sins through the merits? of Jesus Christ my Blessed Saviour and Redemeemer and my Body to the Earth or sea as it shall please God and as for such wordly estate and effects which I shall be possessed of or ... unto at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same as followeth that is to say: unto my beloved wife Catherine Stap of Westminster all Wages, sum and sums of ... ... tenements, goods, chattels, and estate whatsoever as shall be anyways ... owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease. I do give and bequeath the same unto my said wife and I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my siad wife executor(trix) of this my last will and testament and I do give and bequeath unto my said Executor all the rest and residue of my Estate whatsoever both real and personal hereby revoking and making void all other and former Wills by me heretofore made and do desire this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seall this seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three and in the fourtheenth year of the reign of our Soverign Lord George the Third by the ... of God of Great Britain, France, and Ireland King Defender of the fourth, R.
